Kolkata is also a manufacturing hub of leather and leather products. We are manufacturing our leather with stringent quality control at “Kolkata Leather Complex” in accordance with the latest“Reach Law” and produce gloves and garments in our factory with utmost care and sincerity in accordance with EN 420 &388.
One of our Key personnel is an EX-SGS inspection Officer for Leather and Leather Gloves and as such all our technocrats are well versed and experienced in manufacturing and inspection of Leather Gloves and Garments and therefore, we are always able to satisfy the needs of our valuable customers.
Our Factory is equipped with Clicking Machines for accurate cutting of leather and modern sewing machines. After sewing each and every gloves are ironed to ensure desired shape and size and are kept in a de-humidification chamber till they achieve desired level of moisture. Each and every products are packed inside Air conditioned rooms in a controlled temperature to eliminate the risk of fungal growth in the gloves during transit in rainy season. The gloves are packed inside air tight poly packs and finally inside Laminated Cartons with ability to withstand outside water.
We are a growing company. We export our products to Europe, North America and South America and hope to expand more with reputation in the near future.
